I chose this location to have my dog professionally groomed. I specifically requested a complete grooming service, including a sanitary trim, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, trimming the fur on his back legs, and trimming the fur around his paws. I made it very clear that I wanted the full service. I had an appointment and arrived a few minutes late, at 10:11 a.m. However, at 10:43 a.m.—less than 35 minutes later—I received a message saying that my dog was ready. When I arrived, my dog was still completely wet. None of the fur had been properly trimmed, there was no sanitary trim, and several of the services I specifically requested had clearly not been done. When I questioned the situation, the employee tried to justify what had happened instead of taking responsibility. After I complained, they took my dog back inside and attempted to complete some of the services I had originally requested. Unfortunately, the work was rushed and poorly done, and the final result was very disappointing. I paid $120 for a service that, honestly, I could have done better myself at home. Love what these guys do! Regular groomers are so pricey. This is the perfect balance between aesthetic and hygienic grooming! Great option for dog parents who just need the essentials for their doggo to keep them healthy and happy. I opted for the monthly deshedding treatment for my golden retriever and it’s a third of what it would cost for an aesthetic groomer. He came back with a nice clean and brushed out coat. They even sent me cute pics of my pup during his bath time☺️

Today was our first visit to Scenthound in Provo. They were fantastic with my enthusiastic large dogs! I adored receiving a photo of each during bath time. 🤩 Not necessary at all, it was just such a delightful little bonus. I have been satisfied with where I've taken my dogs to be groomed in the past, but Scenthound has exceeded expectations and it's where we'll be going from now on!

I bring my husky and my goldendoodle every month and they love coming here. Everyone is so nice and treat them like they missed them, especially Raikou, the husky. Raikou gets the deshedding treatment and it has cut the hair all over the house by 80% at least. I now have a husky I don’t mind being around the house and I can wear black again. My goldendoodle Milo gets his haircuts every other month and gets a brush and blow dry in between and always looks so beautiful and fluffy and smells clean all month. I like this membership because not only are my dogs looking and smelling great all month, my home is so much cleaner too.

This was the first time going to scent hound and they exceeded my expectations! They were super kind and great to work with. Mav instantly loved being there. They did a great job talking with me on how I wanted his haircut and they did exactly what I wanted. Set up with a membership plan right away. Excited to keep coming back monthly! Attached a photo of our handsome boy at home after his bath and haircut. They are top notch and I highly recommend!
