This is the worst experience I have ever had at a groomers in my 20 plus years of owning dogs, not going to lie the first time when they groomed my small dog they did fine. This time they had added a sign with “extra charges” on things that were included not only my last visit but when my appointment was made. Nothing was said to me about this making a difference for this visit, you would think if a policy change is going to result in my dog shedding CONSTANTLY for 15 minutes to the point where I had to pay to have him rehashed and was charged full price again. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind to pay for extra things if they need to be done glands for my smaller dogs understandable etc. However when I asked why he was shedding so badly I was told immediately that I didn’t pay for deshedding shampoo. You would think for 85 including tip would include a shampoo that didn’t make my dog shed right? I was promptly told I had to pay another 65 dollars to have him washed with said shampoo so that I could even put him in my car. They wouldn’t let me borrow a brush, they wouldn’t just wash him. The owner was sitting right there the whole time, didn’t speak up at all. And even the groomer

I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m not sure I’ll be bringing my dog back😅 I was just charged $135 not including a tip…. I did a deluxe groom, nail trim/file, and teeth cleaning.. expecting to pay somewhere between $80-100 then wanting to include a nice tip because I signed up for the $60 deluxe package but I guess I must’ve signed up wrong… idk… walking in the area is very empty😅 not very warm and welcoming. The staff were nice and listened to all of my request and trying to figure out what would work best. I ended up wanting it done express because I saw it was only $20 on the website and my dog was very anxious… I come back and at time of payment I’m informed it’s actually $40, my dog is not big but I was told to book medium incase and was charged that even tho she’s not at that size😅 other than prices her ears and head look very strange… her tail is not cut even.. and most of all her nails still hurt when she jumps on me… I could be at fault for some of this but I’ll be sticking with my normal groomer from here on out… normally $80 for all of this with better results😕

I brought my dog which is a Pittbull female for a wash and get her nails clipped. The tempermant of my dog is very friendly to everyone. (She doesn't even realize she's a Pittbull.) 3 hours later when I picked her up her nails were bleeding from staff cutting them way below the quick. She wasn't bathed. She smelled the same as when I dropped her off. I paid 70.00 for this because I actually tipped that lazy woman before realizing what had happened. Please if you care at all for your animals, do not take them here. When I called they wouldn't answer (I called 5 times.) I had someone else call with a different number they answered right away. I asked for a refund She laughed and called my dog a "biting idiot" and she was tired and didn't want to hear what i had to say. Then continued to say I wasn't getting a refund. My dog has never tried to bite anyone! That was a lie. She hurt my dog by cutting her nails in the quick and making them bleed. This place is 100% unprofessional!!!

This was our first time at Glamour Pet Grooming and it was wonderful! They worked our new puppy (she is 10.5 months old) into the schedule on an already booked Saturday. At drop off, the facility smelled wonderful and clean and I let them know that I noticed how good it smelled. They greeted us and our pup, listened to every single thing we wanted trimmed/cut on her, even wrote it all down. Helped make sure we weren't missing anything. Took all of our information, explained processes well and gave us all info needed. They called when she was ready and to our surprise she looked GREAT!!! They did a spectacular job on the entire groom and we were very satisfied. We will definitely use their services in the future!!
