I had a wonderful experience with this pet salon. I brought in my large, very anxious dog, and the team handled her with such care and patience! The space was very clean, the pricing was reasonable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I thought I found “the place” for my dogs. I tried to develop a professional relationship with Christmas lemons, group photo of my fur babies and 25% gratuity. However, yesterday was a total disappointment and I was treated without care (disrespected). Fault was found with my dog. Had a mat behind ear. More money. I spoke of him being itchy, they said fleas. More money. (He is an indoor dog and no fleas were found) he did have a healed hot spot that I pointed out. Length of cut, more money. If I wanted to use my shampoo, more money. Never a smile and I felt put down. My Shitzu is a darling, indoor, loved dog and well cared for as a family member. I felt so devalued and hurt I walked out. Never to return.

This is our third time coming to this groomer and we will never go anywhere else. They are priced well and treat our girl like royalty! We are particular about how her hair is cut and they style her exactly to our liking. We are so thankful for their staff! :)

We absolutely love bringing our dogs here! Our American Akita always comes back looking incredible after a full grooming — shiny, clean, and so well cared for. Grooming a big double-coated dog is no small job, but she handles it with such skill, patience, and professionalism. She also does nail trims for our corgi-chihuahua mix, who can be a little nervous, and she makes the whole experience calm and easy. Both of our dogs are comfortable with her, which says a lot about the kind and gentle way she works. It’s such a relief to have someone we fully trust with our pets. The quality of her work, the care she shows, and the consistency every visit make her an absolute gem. We can’t recommend her enough!

Our experience at Furever Fresh was excellent! I live here in College Greens and saw a referral in one of the local community groups. This was our puppy’s first haircut and it couldn’t have gone better. I was able to easily book an appointment online and from the moment we walked in, the owner was so sweet and took the time to explain what she was going to do and she instantly bonded with our puppy Luna. It took 1.5 hours and she trimmed and bathed her, filed her nails, and gave her a great first experience at the groomers. When we picked her up she let us know how it went and walked through every step for us and told us when we could come back. She even helped us get some sweet photos at her cute photo wall. Shes professional, kind, and made us feel very at ease. I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a local pet groomer!
