I have been coming to Fins and Feathers for the last 4 years and absolutely love everything about them. The staff are super helpful, they go above and beyond helping you and if they don’t have something they will attempt to order it if they can. They have everything from food, toys, treats, training, etc., for all animals. They are extremely knowledgeable and have never misguided me with my 2 mini doxis I highly recommend them.

I have lived in Boca Raton for over 30 years. I so love giving back to this special place. The girls here are so personable. And very informative on the products. Today I met a newer employee named Hugo. What a genuine, professional young man. He was a pleasure. And he needs to know, along with the rest of the girls, he makes a difference as well. I shop at this store because they are so accommodating. And provides me with the quality I expect. But it's also how customers are treated. Thank you, Hugo for making this customer smile.

Been going here for years. New owners are really nice not much difference. Terry is so amazingly knowledgeable and really easy to deal with. She directly improved the last year of my rottweilers life with a holistic supplement recommendation.

I recently went to visit the store when I came across the sweetest kittens/cats that were up for adoption by UFAR (an incredible no kill shelter in Margate). Absolutely everyone in the store was beyond friendly and answered our questions. However, I worked one on one with Tasha and Terri during this process. They were patient, showed a true passion for animal care, and treated my children with such compassion. Thank you all for helping expand our family!! We will definitely be back!!
