We have a 30lb male Pembroke Welsh Corgi who is normally very personable and LOVES attention and people, but does get anxious at the groomer/vet etc. We were extremely pleased with our experience with Eliabe through Bright N Shine. He was gentle & calm, our dog liked him right away. Eliabe was personable, punctual, communicated his ETA and expectations and took the time to get to know our dog. He did a wonderful job of the cleaning as well (and our dog still loved him even after the process.) I would highly recommend Eliabe. The only downside was the large time frame the company provides for time of arrival, as they previously scheduled us for a morning time slot, but then changed it to an afternoon time slot (between 12-6pm) - I just started working from home so this wasn’t as big of a deal as it would have been if I had to take time off from work. We were hesitant to book a teeth cleaning because of a previous bad experience with a different company before Bright N Shine. Our dog was fearful of the tech right away, even hid behind my legs, which was very unlike him. The cleaning was unsuccessful as they called us within 10 minutes and told us that they were only able to clean a

Very professional, great communication and great service. My Bella girl, has a fresh, clean white teeth, thanks to Iris for doing an exceptional job! Bella seemed to have enjoyed her 1st experience with Iris, because she arrived back at the door calm, like nothing happened. I exceptionally loved the photos of the before and after that they provide to show their work! Photo credit to Bright n shine!

I’m so impressed by the whole experience working with this company. The gentleman who cared for my pup was gentle and professional. I really worried that my dog wouldn’t let him work on her teeth. But he did an amazing job!! I am so excited by the results. So much better than sedating! And much less expensive. They even give before and after photos. Incredible work!

Bright N shine, we love them! This is our first time, and our three fur babies, Morty, Tobey and Stanley are our children! And it was so important for us to find someone, a reputable, friendly, five star, business that would love our boys as much as we do!!! Bruna, is kind, warm, empathetic, and loved out boys the moment she met them, sending me these words in text messages as well!!! The moment she shut the door and I got in my house, She sent me a text with pictures, keeping me informed on how they were doing every step of the way ..the entire set up is so gentle and relaxing, and she is so incredibly sweet to them, holding them in her lap, leaning on a pillow and the pictures while The boys were so content and cared for us safely I recommend them 1000 times!!

I had such a wonderful experience with Bright N Shine for my 3-year-old Shih-Poo’s very first non-anesthetic dental cleaning! I was honestly nervous at first, but Isabela was incredibly patient, gentle, and caring throughout the entire process. My pup came out looking so happy, relaxed, and confident — and his teeth were absolutely sparkling. His little pearly whites have never looked better! It was amazing seeing such a noticeable difference without putting him under anesthesia. You can tell they truly care about the animals and take pride in what they do. The van environment felt calm, professional, and reassuring from start to finish. I highly recommend Bright N Shine to any pet parent looking for a safe, compassionate, and effective dental cleaning experience for their furry family member. 🐾✨
