Ms. Ronda did an amazing job on my Shih Tzu. Everyone has been giving her compliments. Thank you so much! My furbaby even kept on her hair bow, even now which is days later. That’s a first for her lol. 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 02/09/23 Update!! Unfortunately, I need to update my review as the service at Fancy Pups has changed. My husband and I noticed another groomer there who always has an attitude and we don’t trust her with our dog. Also the biggest disappointment is that Hershey smells like cigarettes when we pick her up. This is the second time I had to wash her the same day of leaving this place. I haven’t seen Ms. Ronda there recently but I know we won’t be back anymore for those reasons.

Friday, I took my boyfriend's dog to Fancy Pups. While waiting for the lady at the front desk to check me in, I HEARD the other worker, hitting and yelling at someone's dog. I was outraged!!!!!! Poor defenseless puppy!!! I asked the worker at the front desk, why was that worker hitting the puppy, and she ignored me. I immediately took my boyfriend's dog out of the, one cage, that did NOT have dog feces in it and LEFT. I WOULD NEVER BRING ANY ANIMAL TO THAT PLACE. If you were there Friday, April 9, 2021 between the times 8:15 am until 8:40 am, your dog was probably abused!! No wonder my boyfriend's dog started shaking as soon as I put him in the cage. Poor puppy, probably has been abused for the longest time.

Rhonda groomed my Yorkie, Dickens, for 12 years until I had to put him down in November 2020. She always did a wonderful job. Dickens liked going there, and he loved Rhonda. Years ago my veteranian, who has a groomer in his office, asked who groomed Dickens because he always looked so good. He especially commented on the exceptional work she did on his face. I highly recommend Fancy Pups. Not only will your pet be well groomed, but will be cared for by someone who LOVES animals. Grooming isn't only a job for Rhonda. She loves her furry clients.

My dogs are very nervous about grooming. It led me to start doing it myself but on one difficult morning I decided to give in and try this place, as I pass it on my way home. They fit both dogs in at around 9 and they were ready before 1pm! My babies came from the back calm and adorable. They will be regulars. I was highly satisfied.
