Durango Pets Grooming #2

This Durango Location got the name changed and they renovated the inside along with it. I don’t know the actual real name cause I went here with my chihuahua last week and paid for the basic small breed grooming service along with a flea service. After a couple days of retrieving my dog, I had question if they truly removed his fleas so I had my exterminator technician to service my home just to be sure. Another week goes by, my brother noticed Joey itching again and decided to go get him checked out by a veterinarian. Tell me why they said Joey was infested with fleas!!! I’m here to share this because the new ladies at Durango that is working here after the name supposedly changed the nameAND new renovations; are not concerned about your dog! Beware when you bring your dog here because they have no integrity with their work! The audacity for me to even tip knowing that my dog was infested 5X MORE after leaving the newly name changed Durango is diabolical !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place was amazing a year ago when it was named DFW pet love spa/grooming. They gave my mini schnauzer the best cut of his life & he was happy & freshly washed when I picked him up. Update March 2026: Never taking my dog back to this place again. It's now named "Durango Pets Grooming #2". The first time I took him here (June 2025) it was the best experience I ever had at a groomer. Then I brought him for another groom in December 2025. The places name had changed, and the service we received that day was mediocre. I genuinely don't think he was bathed during his grooming, just covered in scented powder. He was stressed out & sad all the whole rest of the day. I figured that was a fluke & so I took him to be groomed again in March 2026. Man, has this place gone downhill. Got there literally right when they opened. The girl at the front accepting the dogs was less than friendly. My dog who is never scared of ANYTHING was actually cowering between my legs & trembling. I should have taken that as a clue. She told me he'd be ready in about 2 hours & they'd call. 4 hours later I still hadn't heard anything so I called them. The lady who answered in Spanish impatiently told me it w

This was the first time we had our dog Rocky to get his dog grooming at this spa and great experience from the time we call to set appointment to the time we came to pick him up.. everyone was very friendly and caring with him.. he got a treat while waiting .. and the best was they did a great job with his hair. He is a Labrador and sheds a lot of hair . They gave him a special hair treatment.. we are happy .. and will return for sure.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Excellent Dog Grooming Experience! I recently took Bruce my cane corso to get groomed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! They did an amazing job — my dog came out looking fresh, clean, and so happy. The staff was kind, patient, and really took their time to make sure he was comfortable throughout the whole process. I could tell they truly care about the dogs they work with, and that means a lot. His coat is soft and shiny, and he smells great too! Highly recommend to anyone who wants their pet treated with love and care.

The best dog groomers I’ve ever been to. They get my miniature schnauzer’s haircut perfect every single time! I love that they take in walk ins with no issues, and they show care for the dogs. I highly recommend!
