Dogtopia of White Flint has been wonderful for my 2 dogs! The facility is clean and the staff members are so wonderful and caring for my dogs! The manager Greg is super amazing and Max and Jelani treat my dogs with so much love! I definitely recommend coming here for boarding and daycare! I love how they do different photo shoots for your pups too!

We were lucky enough to send our dog Murphy here for nearly 5 years and cannot say enough good things about our experience. It felt like we were dropping him off with family every time - the Dogtopia crew cared about him that much. In the event of any issues, the staff was always communicate proactively, went above and beyond to address, and always cared for him as if he was their own. We are sad to move from the area and lose this place but would absolutely recommend it to anyone

Have a husky who has separation anxiety. So on our overnight/weekend trips we board him with Dogtopia. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our dog loves to come play with other dogs while he's here. We check in on him throughout our trip on their webcam which is a very nice feature.

I went and picked up my friends dog to dog sit while they are out of town and I would never take my dog to this facility… the overwhelming smell of old poop mop water in the lobby made me feel ill. The playroom (medium sized window you could see through from the lobby) had crates lined up all along the walls, no room between them, with dogs barking and no bedding in sight. Some of the crates were even messed up and broken from what I could see. The anxiety of those dogs seeing each other and not having any privacy was heartbreaking. Dogtopia, please do better. This is no way to hotel dogs, especially for what I am sure the owners are paying for them to be there.
