Dog's Day Out Pet Salon

Located at 6135 Lakeside Dr #125, Reno, NV 89511, Dog's Day Out Pet Salon operates as a pet groomer serving Reno in Nevada. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

In Reno, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Nevada, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Hours are published for 1 day a week. On most of those days it is open 8:30 AM–6 PM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (775) 378-3940. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Customers rate it 5.0 out of 5 on Google across 7 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded pet groomers in Reno.

Reno is in Nevada, in the Southwest, where the desert climate brings very hot summers, mild sunny winters and the summer monsoon; outdoor businesses shift their hours toward early mornings and evenings in the hottest months. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Reno follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.
