I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tracey and Doggie Day Spaw! Our Min Pin Hamilton, absolutely hates getting his nails trimmed, but Tracey is an absolute miracle worker. She’s patient, gentle, and truly has a magic touch with dogs. Even though Hamilton isn’t a fan of the process, I always leave feeling relieved and grateful knowing he’s been cared for by someone who genuinely loves what she does. Tracey’s professionalism, skill, and kindness shine through in every visit. She goes above and beyond to make sure Hamilton feels as comfortable as possible, and her expertise is unmatched. If you’re looking for a groomer who truly understands and cares for animals, Doggie Day Spa is the place to go. Thank you, Tracey, for taking such great care of our fur baby! We’ll be lifelong customers for sure. Highly recommend!

Tracey was fantastic with my dog Gillian! After moving downtown, I was anxious about going to a new groomer with my puppy Gillian, who'd done so well at our spot in the Richmond. But as soon as we met Tracey I knew this would go well. She met Gillian 1:1 and was attentive to learning about her and my preferences, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure she had a good experience. She communicated promptly for pickup, and Gillian was perfectly cleaned, with nails trimmed and teeth brushed, plus a cute bow! I'm so grateful to have a new regular groomer in Tracey and look forward to seeing her again soon!

I’ve been taking my dog to Doggie Day Spa for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Every visit, Tracey goes above and beyond to ensure my dog looks and feels amazing. What really stands out is how thorough she is in confirming our preferences and making sure every detail is just right. The results are always fantastic—my dog comes home looking adorable and well-groomed, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she works with. I truly appreciate the professionalism, skill, and warm environment Tracey provides. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and talented groomer!

I recently took my Bernedoodle puppy to Tracey at Doggie Day Spaw for his first groom, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! My puppy was so happy in her care and that made me feel comfortable. She was very professional throughout the entire process. Tracey was incredibly knowledgeable, caring and professional. She honestly made sure to help my puppy ease into his first groom without any fear and I couldn’t be happier. She definitely cares about animals and made sure my puppy was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process. We asked her for a teddy cut and she paid attention to every detail, from trimming his face to rounding his paws, his coat was perfectly even throughout. I would definitely recommend her grooming services to anyone looking for high-quality care and a great experience for their pets!

Tracey was the best with Mango, couldn’t recommend them more! Super knowledgeable, communicative and sweet with our girl. As an overly protective dog mom, I felt reassured and calm while my mango got groomed.
