About Dog-Gone Beautiful

Under New Management All breed grooming shop. Certified groomer with over 10 years experience. Animal First Aid Certified.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

With 4.0 out of 5 on Google from 59 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for pet groomers in Nampa. Recent reviews are the best guide.

Nampa is in Idaho, in the Pacific Northwest, where winters are mild and wet, summers are dry and pleasant, and outdoor recreation drives a lot of local business; hours change little through the year. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Nampa follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Here for an appointment didn’t show and and my dad made an appointment about a year ago did the same thing well how are you suppose to do appointments when you don’t show up this is very rude and you wasted my gas in my excursion I came from Caldwell which isn’t far but that’s not the point

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees who work at this place. The way they talk & treat their customers is unacceptable and embarrassing. Seems very “I am better than you and I’m going to let it be known.” - which is disgraceful in itself. I don’t care how long you’ve been grooming, or how great you think you are.. the way you speak to customers says everything someone needs to know about your character. Reading previous reviews and responses, seems they are VERY defensive and the “I am better than you” mentality shines through very clearly. Yikes. My wife and I will not be back.

My dog got the perfect cut. And she wasn't made to sit in a kennel all day when her appointment was at 9am like her last groomer. She was done within an hour. I would highly recommend

I have taken my dog Marley there a couple times now and they do a great job! Marley is a shepherd mix so she sheds a lot and you can just tell they do an amazing job brushing her out . She feels like a new dog every time we take her there! They have always been super responsive over text and are very professional and polite!

Emily does a great job with all of my animals. She has worked on my Schnauzer, giving him that cute classic cut. She has washed my Great Dane and I also have Emily groom my cat, who has long hair. She has shaved him down for me in the summer and trimmed his claws. I requested a lion tail for him and she did it! Emily is always professional, on time and friendly. Check her out! :)
