I would have loved to use this groomer, as I work nearby and the location would have been incredibly convenient. When I first called to make an appointment, I was told there was a waiting list because the business is operated by only two groomers. I respect and admire the dedication it takes to run a business with such a small team, but there comes a point where growing demand needs to be met with additional staffing. I have been on their waiting list for 2 years and have never received a call. During that time, I called 4 separate times to check on availability and was told each time that there was still no room. My dogs are a 23lb Chihuahua mix and a 32lb heeler, and I was only looking for a basic grooming service such as a bath, blowout, and nail trim. A waiting period of a few weeks or even a few months is understandable. Two years without any movement on a waiting list is not. If there is such a significant shortage of available appointments, it may be time to consider hiring and training additional staff to better serve the community. Unfortunately, after waiting this long with no progress, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re hoping to get your dog groomed within

We’ve been seeing these ladies for over a decade. They genuinely love our animals and are best in class groomers. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been bringing my Australian Shepherds to your salon for over five years and have always trusted your services. However, I’ve recently encountered several issues that have left me extremely disappointed and concerned about the level of care provided. Most recently, there was the issue with the face soap you used on my dogs. I wasn’t aware that face soap was even a part of their grooming, but it seems that the soap wasn’t properly diluted, which led to eye irritation. After taking my dogs to the ER, I spent $400 on vet care, which included eye drops, but they’re still experiencing issues due to the bacteria passing back and forth. While I appreciate that you acknowledged the error, I was disappointed that no compensation was offered for the vet bills or the discomfort caused to my dogs. Additionally, I’ve noticed recurring issues with the grooming itself, such as their bellies being shaved too close and nails being clipped too short, despite my request to avoid these problems. I’ve also recently learned that you’ll no longer be accepting large dogs, which raises concerns, as Australian Shepherds are medium-sized dogs, not large. This decision, combined with the other issues
