We don’t require regular grooming - just fall/spring when our husky is blowing his coat. I think cost is a little higher but I’m not well versed in the grooming sphere- I just appreciate that I can feel confident in their treatment when I leave my fur babies here and peace of mind is invaluable. Huskies take a long time to dry and drying practices were my driving decision maker. You’re paying for quality, here and I find it absolutely worth it. I paid cash so I’m not certain but I believe they charge a fee to use a CC (like most businesses these days) and there are fees for late/short notice cancels (again, normal practice) but just good to be aware of their policies.

I took our 4 month old puppy in today for his first grooming experience. I was a little nervous (maybe more for the groomer 🫣) but he did so good! I can’t believe how handsome he looks, they did an amazing job. And the Easter bandana is a huge plus! Kind staff, happy dog, can’t wait to go back. Sulley says thank you!

I took my 1-year-old golden retriever (55 pounds) to Dig It Dog Grooming for the first time, since the google reviews were high and it was nearby. Pricing - I was quoted $80 over the phone, but was charged $104 at the end of the appointment for the Bath, Basics, and Trim. There were some discrepancy in the pricing information I received. My husband picked up our dog and didn’t request a receipt, so when I called for an itemized breakdown of the charges, the person who answered explained that the base charge was $70 or $80, with an additional $15 for the trim. However, that didn't align with my $104 charge, so they had the groomer who worked on my dog come to the phone. She explained that the total charge was $100 - $85 for the base charge, $15 for the trim and plus the credit card fee. Service - I requested the basics: bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and a trim around her ears to frame her face, as well as trimming her hind and front legs. The groomer also recommended trimming her paws and belly. Result - The service was completed in under 2 hours and she returned home with a cute bandanna. I've taken my dog here three times now and will never go anywhere else! Kim has worked on my dog twice now and I absolutely love the job she does. I ask for her specifically and my dog always seems so happy afterwards. I recommend this place and Kim!
