My dog that previously received one of this owners services as a small dog, and apparently when we revisit all of a sudden he’s classified as a “medium”, hence jumping the price to $135. That same dog is also 7 years old, and cannot biologically grow to the standard this man claims. I don’t know if it’s a issue regarding the owners memory, or he casually adjusts the price based to how he’s feeling on the day, but it certainly doesn’t justify a astonishing 50$ price jump, along with his even more impressive attitude in which he speaks to his customers with. I find even more hypocrisy when I take a look at the reviews, where this guys only response is calling people a “Karen”…. or claiming his customers don’t “deserve” to own their dog because they don’t want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for no reason, along with his big self-entitled mouth that came naturally. It also isn’t 2020 calling people a “Karen” buddy, I don’t know if you can remember that just like the prices you show at your store. Other customers can clearly read your visible child-like demeanor, which is conveniently showed when you reply to your customers similar reviews, which accurately describes everybody’s e

Service was quick.👍 The visit was intended to address visible pests, and it was stated everything had been removed. However, within about an hour at home, the cat was still grooming and insects were still present.😥 There was also bleeding from the nails (see photo), they may have been cut too short.😭 The cat also had a very strong fragrance after the visit.🤢

I love how my baby came out, he smells and looks amazing! Thank you so much! Not only did they do a great job, but my baby was comfortable with them. I had gone to petco before coming here and they said they washed him and trimmed his nails but he smelled like wet dog and his nails were no where near trimmed. They did Amazing with my baby girl too! So cute with her bows!! Thank y’all again!

Have been recommended this place by a friend that’s gone here for years. Went today and it was great! Super fast literally only 45mins. My dog is usually scared of men but he warmed up real quick to the nice man grooming him! Highly recommend! Will be going back.

I'm consistently thrilled with this place! After 8 years of visits, my dogs are always happy, smell great, and are incredibly clean. Eddie's genuine care for animals truly shines through, and I'm genuinely surprised by any negative reviews.
