My wife and I have been taking our three boys here for almost a year now, and wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. The doodle, Kobe, has had mixed experiences with his groomers, and has sometimes looked a little goofy (my wife’s words, not mine). Finnigan, our young Aussie, had his first haircut here. Auggie, our rescued boy, has a very nervous mother who has routinely groomed him herself because he doesn’t trust easily. All that said, all three boys love the owner Aaron and love it here. My office also happens to be down the road and the dogs often come in with me, and I can’t go too close to Dandy’s or else I’m in danger of getting dragged to the doorstep. 11/10.

Trust your pet with Aaron at Dandy's Grooming After trying 4-5 different groomers in St. Pete, I finally found the perfect match for my feisty mini golden doodle. Other groomers actually asked me to drug her before appointments because she gets upset when grooming hurts — which broke my heart. Then I found Dandy's Grooming. Not only do they specifically ask customers NOT to drug their pets, but Aaron has the patience, skill, and gentle touch to work with my girl without any sedation needed. He truly understands how to handle anxious or sensitive dogs, and it shows in his work. Aaron consistently does a beautiful job — my pup always comes out looking amazing and, more importantly, she's happy and stress-free. If you have a difficult dog or just want a groomer who genuinely cares about your pet's wellbeing (not just getting through the appointment), Aaron is your guy. I can't recommend him enough. Dandy's Grooming and Aaron have earned a customer for life!

We’ve been bringing our little Leo to Dandy’s Pet Grooming since he was a tiny puppy, and they’ve taken amazing care of him from day one. They were so gentle with him early on, making sure his first grooming experiences were positive so he wouldn’t be nervous as he got older — and it truly paid off. Every visit has been consistent, thoughtful, and professional. Leo always comes out looking adorable, but more importantly, he’s relaxed and happy when we pick him up. We’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience here, and we’re really grateful for the way the whole team treats him like their own. Highly recommend.
