UPDATE (July 2026): Second Visit Success! Trip number two is in the books, and it was just as fantastic as our first! We had Jacob again for the pups' mini groooming (just needing that clean outline trim), and he did an absolute phenomenal job. The haircut looks amazing, and the shampoo they use smells incredible! Since Bellatrix (Bella) was spayed just a few weeks ago, Jacob was extra gentle and showed her so much delicate care. Usually, my dogs are a bit anxious after grooming, but both Bella and Diesel came out with their tails wagging, super happy, and totally relaxed. You can tell the team treats them like their own. The shop is always spotlessly clean and welcoming (I even grabbed a quick video this time because the place is just so cute!). The staff was amazing as always and even offered to book our next appointment before we left. I truly couldn't recommend this place enough. We will definitely keep coming back! Original review: I am beyond thrilled with the incredible service we received today, especially since we brought in both of our dogs for grooming. We have a 13 year old Chihuahua named Diesel and a 6 month old Pomchi named Bellatrix whom we just welcomed into

I honestly was so ecstatic with the results. Going to the groomers can be such a varied experience so I wanted to find the perfect place for my 11-week puppy and they did such a great job! When I came to pick him up Ollie was so excitedly running around the place I just know they were so warm and nurturing with him❤️

My dogs came out with beautiful haircuts and were very happy. I was very pleased with how they were groomed and how they were cared for. I did post on Facebook for you all also and anyone looking for a new groomer. I wanted them to try you all.

5 Star rating from me because this entire staff was AMAZING!! They did such a wonderful job with my baby… from the time I dropped him off to the time I picked him up, they were just so attentive. I went in for a full grooming session; not expecting to be WOWed at all because his first cut was butchered (from a different company). Needless to say my expectations were pretty low. They asked me what I wanted, during his grooming session they called me with an update and wanted to get my permission before they continued with our original plan (which I respect sooo much that they even called to ask before just proceeding). When I picked him up I was just in complete awe. He looked sooo good and you can tell they really took their time. Jacob was my groomer and he was just so friendly and personable! I drove from Tampa to this location because I had lunch plans in the area…. But now I will be coming back to this specific location because of my great first experience here.

We were a little hesitant to bring our dog to a new groomer after a bad experience elsewhere, but we decided to give this place a chance—and we are so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind and showered our pup with so much love, which immediately put us at ease and let us know he was in great hands. Amy, his groomer, was especially wonderful—she took the time to help us decide on the best haircut for him and absolutely nailed it. We couldn’t be happier with how he looks or with the overall experience. This will definitely be our go-to grooming spot moving forward, and we’ll be bringing our other dogs here as well! As an added bonus, they also offer a variety of baked goods and treats for your pups, which is such a cute touch. We’ve included before-and-after photos because the transformation speaks for itself!
