Such a good experience! The gentleman (Matthew) that checked us in was super polite and nice! We were traveling with our children so we had kids with us and did the suite. Fireplace and jacuzzi tub were such a great touch. Accidentally I had booked for the wrong night and couldn’t refund so we made the trip down from the UP for a “staycation.” I am SO GLAD we weren’t able to cancel because I absolutely loved the experience!!! Definitely will be back without the kids one day.

Clean hotel and rooms, good service, and comfortable beds and pillows. We heard from our friends that the hotel bar and restaurant was good, we just ran out of time to visit. We would enjoy staying here again. My only drawback was that the room itself and shower was small. There may be larger rooms and maybe next time we will find out. Overall an excellent option for staying in Appleton.

The construction is horrible. I booked this hotel for a work trip and showed up and they mentioned “we are remodeling some bathrooms but you won’t be impacted”. They stuck me directly across the hall and all day I could hear doors opening and closing, jackhammers, hammers, and a party of construction workers. Far from relaxing. The front desk was very unaccommodating about it and just said “sorry”. Beds were comfy but that’s about it. Rooms seemed very small as well.

As A business owner I very Seldom leave reviews whether they are good or bad. However, this has truly been an experience. I do not want any other guests to have to indure . I came for two days for a bit of rest and relaxation to use the wonderful Jacuzzis that are in the rooms. I was told they were working on some of the bathrooms and I understand that there would be some noise, but not to the extent that the entire building shakes. I can barely hear the TV they’re drilling in the floors and I don’t understand why they are even open. As this is not an issue concerning the front desk, staff or any of the workers as they are all wonderful. This has to do with corporate trying to soak money out of people when they can’t give them true amenities in which they are paying for. I have stayed here in the past and it has always been a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my relaxation turned into stress as I probably should’ve just stayed home. It would’ve been much more relaxing. For this reason, I will not be back.
