It sucks that I have to base this review off of employee etiquette because the sprayer was too notch but...but your employee I didn't get his name, older guy with salt n pepper hair. So I pull into the bay and am literally just going to unlock my debit card when I see his buddy pulls up they talk for a minute and then he proceeds to walk twords my car ( mind you this has been about a total of 5 minutes from me pulling in to him walking over to me and says "you plan on washing your car? If not imma need you to leave because the guy over there is waiting for this bay" EVERY OTHER BAY WAS OPEN I WAS THE ONLY CAR HERE!. So not only am I being harassed within 5 minutes of me being here but I'm being talked down to like I'm some fentanyl junkie being told to basically wash and get out or just get out. Like I said the car wash its self ..phenomenal. but the rude and what I'm taking as racist employee is why I give one star. Honestly I'm really offended. This has never happened to me before. I mean I see it on TV but now it's in real life and happening to me. Because of his actions never would/will I suggest this classy chassy to anyone nor will I return. So Thanks for ruining my day with

The dog wash is not worth the cost imo. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the water temp so my dog had to deal with cold water for about two minutes before it warmed up on its own. There is also not an attendant on site for the dog wash to help clean the tubs; as a result you'll likely spend the first few minutes unclogging the sink of someone else's dogs hair. It was pretty gross. Lastly, the towel machine is broken, so you'll need your own towel. Honestly, I've paid less for better experiences elsewhere. Skip this place unless your desperate.

Spot free rense is a lie, I have hard water spots on a cloudy day. I don't think they have a water softener system. Going to be a whole thing getting the spots removed. Water pressure is also not impressive. My electric one at home is stronger.

Definitely a favorite! Vacuums are lacking. Well maintained -- but garbages do get full and vacuums clogged as their not clean out as frequently as other places. I especially appreciate the dog wash station! A little room with elevated dog washing tubs and coin/card operated water sprayer and dryer -- I'd just recommend bringing your own dog shampoo. If you have "baked on vehicle sludge" I'd recommend bringing your own degreaser and scrubing brush/cloth for your vehicle as well -- otherwise don't expect a miracle!

Google set me to the wrong location but I used my Spidey senses to figure out where it was supposed to be. Overall it's a good car wash but they need to adjust the rinse cycle because my vehicle was soapy afterwards and the blowers did not work to dry the vehicle at all. I went through the car wash again and they fixed the problem They had very friendly staff.
