WET RABBIT WAS SO MUCH BETTER. Since classy chassis took over this location I noticed that my car always comes out spotty and still dirty! Classy chassis replaced the machines used in the wash tunnel with old ones or crappier ones than Wet Rabbit was using. I WILL NOT be going to this location any more. There's no point in paying for a machine that still leaves your car dirty. The ONLY upside is free vacuuming.

I was a loyal customer for over a year — since before Classic Chassis took over Wet Rabbit. I visited the Lakewood location on June 8th and asked for an extra towel to dry my car. A simple request. The attendant said they were for sale. I asked to speak with the manager, Kim, and explained that another Classic Chassis location had already confiscated the towels I personally purchased, with zero replacement or compensation. His response? “That’s the policy” — and he walked away. No empathy. No effort to retain a customer who washes his car here multiple times a week. Just a cold dismissal from someone who clearly doesn’t understand what customer loyalty means. Kim — you didn’t lose me over a towel. You lost me because you chose policy over people, and that says everything about the kind of manager you are. I canceled on the spot

HANDS DOWN THE BEST CAR WASH !!!!! 🙌🏽 use to live in the area , moved a bit further but that doesnt stop me from driving back for a wash ! Staff are ALWAYS friendly/super helpful and play good music to set the vibe . Not only that but pricing is not bad for the service you get , unlike other places charge more for a bad wash . What really sets this place apart from others is their attention to detail and genuine care they show ! SHOUT OUT TO LEON AND KEON !!! Yall are the real MVP's !!! 🏆 Thank you for looking out today ! My baby is lookin sooo fresh and sooo clean 🇵🇭🤌🏽✨

Best drive-thru car wash I’ve ever been to! It’s a longer car wash with way more spinners and scrubbers than I’m used to and very powerful too! I had no complaints about the wash itself. I chose the top option (which for $20 is a steal!) and my car had not been washed for basically the whole summer parked under fir trees and it was perfectly clean in one wash! I also wanted a freshener and they were available inside the attendant’s booth for $1. The facility is clean and beautiful, the attendant was very nice and professional. It was a great experience!
