If I could put under 1 star I would. I had my brother take both my dogs to get their nails clipped and I was appalled when my oldest dog came home and his nail was profusely bleeding. Naturally I was pissed so I called and the lady said, “do you have flour” in the rudest and most attitude way possible. Will NEVER be going there even to get a nail trim. Learn to take your time and listen to the dog, cause I know my dog was definitely vocal about the pain he received. -.5 star.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I picked up my dog, I was not told that he had been cut during grooming. After I got him in the car I discovered a wound that had been covered with a blood-clotting powder and what appeared to be superglue to stop the bleeding. I spoke with the owner and she showed me what she used and it was superglue not meant for animals or people. The most upsetting part wasn't just that my dog was injured—accidents can happen in any grooming salon. It was that no one informed me. As a pet owner, I should have been told immediately, shown the injury, and given instructions on how to care for it or advised if veterinary attention was recommended. Finding the injury on my own left me feeling shocked and betrayed. Transparency and honesty are essential when caring for someone's pet, and I did not receive either. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this groomer. I hope this review encourages the business to be honest with clients whenever an accident occurs and to put the health and safety of the animals in their care first. I unfortunately don't have any pictures. But I went in for a quick nail cut for my 2 cats. I have a very calm 1 year old and a 3 month kitten who is a bit hissy to new people and animals. Was very happy for them to get me in 10 minutes before they closed especially cause I live not to far. First impressions- I was unimpressed, as soon as you walk in they have their 6-maybe 8 dogs just out in the lobby barking and playing around. Who I assume was the owner got up and cleaned poo of the ground as soon as we walked in. They took the carrier back and starting cutting the nails right away. I wasn't watching them but when I got my kitties back they were shaking and clearly uncomfortable. When I got home I wanted to see how the nails were because we were trying to find a closer place to get my cats nails cut. And as soon as I saw the nails they were red and bleeding. For both of my cats. I will absolutely not be going back and will just continue going to my previous place to get their nails cut.

Staff was amazing. My puppy is a hyper and reactive dog and they new how to work with him. His hair cut was perfect. I highly recommend this place and we will be coming back for again. I especially love how the prices are budget friendly.

I brought my longhaired boy in since he was getting matted and having trouble with hairballs. I was apprehensive because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and it was his first time being groomed (he’s 1.5 years). The staff was friendly and the price seemed very fair so I told them to go ahead and give him what they thought was best to give him some relief. He looks and feels so good and has been strutting around and showing off his new cut since we got home. We will definitely be back when he’s ready for another trim! Can’t thank you enough!
