Chewy's Bonetique

Chewy’s Bonetique is a great boutique pet store conveniently located in Lowry Town Center. The folks here are super knowledgeable and always ready to help. Customer service is a passion and from where I stand, it’s the go-to shop when you need something above and beyond. That said, I’m not a pet store snob. There are times when the big box stores and even the smaller chains make a lot of sense. Then there are times when you need something extra, something you can’t find anywhere else. That’s what makes Chewy’s Bonetique so special.

We loved this sweet little store until a product that was recommended to us by en employee made our pup extremely ill. When I called to report this and request that maybe they don't say it was fine for dogs with sensitive stomachs as they did in my case, the employee abruptly said, "OK I'll let my manager know. Anything else?” The lack of care and concern for my pet by a pet store employee was astonishing. This was of no surprise be when I called back to speak with a manager, she too showed no empathy or even asked what the product was to warn others. I will be finding another local pet store that actually cares about animals. I will say a gentleman who was working this week is amazing, so kind and actually loves dogs.

This is one of the closest local pet stores to me and I had an amazing experience here! Upon entering I was greeted by many different employees most of whom wanted to say hi to my puppy. As we shopped around employees made sure to ask if I had any questions about anything and I felt like I was treated like a guest. Their store was pretty clean and I felt like my pup wasn’t going to find any scraps of food on the ground. Great selection of local pet foods and toys! Would come back here many many times :)

I absolutely love this pet boutique! Everyone there is so friendly, but I have to give a special shoutout to Crist. He is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cares about both pets and their owners. They offer nails trimmed and self-dog wash services which is amazing. My dog Nala has always been very sensitive about getting her nails trimmed, and it’s been a challenge for a while. But Crist handled it with so much patience and care that it made all the difference. He also always takes the time to help me find exactly what I need in the store. You can really tell they care about the animals and create such a welcoming environment. Nala and I always have a great experience here. Also the variety of stuff that they have is amazing, highly recommend! 🐾

A great selection of high quality pet supplies, toys, treats, supplements, and premium dog & cat food, including multiple freezers full of raw food and supplements. They have four self serve dog tubs complete with everything you need to DIY, and an extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love their dedication to education about pet nutrition, so you can get a nutrition consult if you need help with a specific pet need (allergies, IBD, pancreatitis, etc). They’re locally woman-owned for over 20 years! I love this small business!
