Castle K-9

When this business was owned/managed by Rosalba and Thomas it was great. However it recently changed ownership again and although I made the next appointment for my 3 dogs on a Saturday in front of the new owners at the end of August, they did not inform me they changed their hours to not work Saturdays. Had I known I would have found new groomers 2 months ago since we are only available to bring them on the weekends. Professional courtesy would have been to contact future Saturday appointments and cancel them beforehand.

Liana is the best! We’ve been bringing our goldendoodle to her since he was 4 months old and she does a phenomenal job. Not only does he love her, but he always comes out looking his best and receives non stop compliments about how well coiffed he looks :) Doodles are not easy to groom and we appreciate the time, attention and love that she gives our Chadwick to have the cutest teddy bear cut ❤️

Took my 10month old doodle puppy in here for his very first cut. I stopped by in person the day before his appointment to inquire and get a feel of the place and groomers/owner. From the first interaction I had with them, I knew this was the place to go. I had visited many other places (being a furbaby mum for his first groom, i was beyond anxious and wondering who I could trust) and no one has made me feel more comfortable and educated as Thomas did. He sat on the floor with my puppy the whole time we were talking, and i could see he had great nurture and training in handling dogs. My sweet boy Zeus looks refreshingly cool, handsome and amazing for the summer months. Thomas and his workers did everything they said they would. No surprises, no shortcuts and most of all my puppy enjoyed his time there. I could tell. I would definitely reccomend to others, and new timers, and I will continue to use this grooming salon with confidence. Thank you so much Castle K9!

I was shocked to see the malicious review of Castle K-9 and, though I normally don't write reviews, had to take a moment to help correct the false impression this review gives. Rosalba and her team at Castle K-9 are the best dog groomers I have ever met, period. Her work is impeccable, and it's like having a vet check for your dog when you go, because she will tell you if they have any hot spots, or an ear infection, or anything else along those lines. She truly cares about her canine clientele. She's never mean, but rather is one of the most caring persons I have met. I suspect what happened with the initial reviewer is that the dog was in very poor condition and not being cared for, and he took it personally when she pointed out any medical issues. I recommend Castle K-9 to everyone, and would never go to another dog groomer.

Unfortunately I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but given that the only review about Castle K-9 is a very hateful and negative one, I felt obliged to share my experiences. I have been taking my dogs to them for grooming since they opened I think in 2010 and have NEVER had anything but courteous, professional, and personal treatment. My dogs are not just clients, but rather they are taken care of as though they were their own - Marley and Princesa love going there to get groomed. The place is very clean, good smelling, and I have NEVER seen a dog barking or crying there. The owner and the staff are very loving towards my dogs and care for them tremendously, which is one of the reasons I keep going back to them. I recommend Castle K-9 to anyone who has a beloved pet!
