Before you book

Most groomers ask for proof of current vaccinations, rabies above all, so have the record ready.
Ask how long your pet will stay, whether dryers are heated or hand-held, and how anxious or older animals are handled.
Agree on the cut and the price before the appointment; matted coats often cost extra.

Best experience ever! Knowledgeable staff and totally customer service focussed and so very kind to my dachshund. They spent the time to measure her for her new Lupine harness...and made us both feel very special. Lots of amazing merchandise and a self serve dog bath area too! We will be back!

Only place to get Tucker’s Raw food! It is what we prefer over all other raw and this is the only location in VB that carries it. The inside is very clean and the three grooming stations look very clean as well. Friendly staff and easy in/out parking lot.

Great customer service and feel. I love knowing it's not some giant chain. I found a few things there I could only find online before! Such a relief!
