This place loves and cares for the pets and customers!! I was only there to drop off a precious cat for my client and met Tonya at the front Desk. She is absolutely amazing!!! I don’t have any pets, but if I did, I would definitely bring them here! Thanks to the entire Team for loving and caring for the pets as if they were your own. Highly recommend!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Bradford. I’d never had cats before when two strays showed up at my front door, so I was completely out of my depth. From day one, every single person I’ve interacted with has been incredible. From the front desk to the groomer to the vet and technicians, everyone has been so patient, welcoming, and happy to answer my endless first-time cat owner questions. They’ve taken amazing care of Skinny Pete and Badger, and it’s obvious how much they genuinely care about the animals that come through their doors. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Bradford Animal Hospital has been so wonderful to work with over the past two years. The staff has become like family. Dr Kartz and Dr Brucker have walked with me through caring for a paraplegic ninja cat with the sweetest soul. They answered my questions, researched, offered referrals for PT and other services. They eased my anxiety and offered loving, compassionate care. I recently adopted a tiny FIP positive cat from a local rescue who had been there for two years. The team has helped me get this little love on the almond oil treatment and symptoms and labs resolved. My fur baby has gained weight, and Dr Kartz researched and figured out that my cat had kennel cough, which is rare in cats! The entire staff is fabulous and truly love what these fur babies. And they have Saturday hours!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Alyssa Brucker and the entire team at Bradford Animal Hospital. We recently faced every pet owner’s worst nightmare: a cancer diagnosis. From the initial diagnosis to the day of the surgery, the level of care and expertise was world-class. Dr. Brucker, and their orthopedic specialist took the time to explain the procedure, the risks, and the recovery process with so much compassion. Thanks to their skilled hands and the attentive staff, my dog is now cancer-free and recovering beautifully. If you are looking for a veterinarian and team that treats your pets like their own family, this is the place. I will forever be grateful for the additional years they have given to us with our beloved Bentley.
