We took a Australian Shepherd minnie for grooming. When he was picked up he looked the same as we brought him in for grooming. He was washed but thats all that was done. He asked for his hair to be " cut short " and it wasnt. Now he needs to be taken elswhere to get his fur cut by two inches or more. After 110 dollars we learned where not to take him ..

This store is GREAT! Visiting my daughter in Nashville & needed a few things. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful, and the quality & variety of the items sold here is so much better than the big box stores I was going to. I was having issues with my dog not liking his food, and immediately I was offered samples of different brands to try (a first for us!) to save us the cost of buying bags as I had been at the big box stores. My dog now knows this store well after a couple of visits and gets VERY excited in the car when he sees where we are 😂

I am new to happy retails. A friend recommended me. I have found frozen dog food there that has changed my dogs health for the better! Every single time I go in, the staff is excellent, helpful and kind. I am thankful for your business and especially thankful that you stay open past six because I work until 6. It is the best pet food retail place in the Nashville area. I drive 35 minutes to get there. Julie

I picked this place according to the good reviews. I took my Mastese puppy to trim his face. I showed the pic of the style I like and was told “ok, no problem”. Well, 5 mins later they brought my puppy back with a horribly shaved face. I mean his nose was shaved all the way to the skin. And not even even, but had bushes of fur. I cried all the way back home.
