Jake did an absolutely beautiful job on my Cavalier! ❤️ This was my first visit and I will be back! Communication was stellar throughout my initial questions and scheduling. The appointment went quickly compared to groomers I’ve used in the past and I am so happy with the results. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🐶

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I brought my dog in for a routine grooming appointment, and instead of leaving clean and happy, he left injured. I was told by the groomer Asher that while being dried, he got scared, flipped off the table, and ended up with a deep cut on his tail. This situation should never have happened. Proper handling and safety precautions are the bare minimum I expect when trusting someone with my pet. Instead, my evening ended in an emergency vet visit, which is both stressful and unacceptable. I understand that animals can get nervous, but it’s the groomer’s responsibility to ensure they are handled safely at all times. This experience has completely shaken my trust, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their pet’s safety.

Jess is the BEST! I took my reactive dog to her for a couple years for nail trims and she always had the magic touch. He passed away a few years ago, and now we have a new little rescue pup (who needs more grooming than our last good boy) and Jess was the only choice in my mind for a groomer for her. Miss Sunny was clearly taken care of with lots of love and she is looking (and feeling) like a brand new dog. Thanks Jess & Bow Wow Meow for always taking such great care of our little floofs — I would recommend you all to anyone!

I took my German Shepherd, for a grooming appointment and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She can be really energetic and a bit of a handful, but the team was so sweet, calm, and incredibly patient with her. They handled her with care and kindness the entire time, and she came out looking and smelling! amazing. You can tell they truly love what they do and care about the dogs they work with. Highly recommend we’ll definitely be coming back!

Our fur family has had the best experiences at this boutique! Absolutely love that they don’t kennel pups while they wait for appointments. They are so sensitive to our dogs needs, from our old man to our sassy 1yr old. CAMERON, their senior stylist, is a rock star! Our pups always come home so fresh and neatly trimmed. Customer service is exceptional, communicative, and kind! The prices are so reasonable for the high quality experience every time. Tip: Book ahead 7weeks for Cameron, she is popular! Thank you Bow Wow Meow Boutique!
