In Indianapolis, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in Indiana, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Indianapolis is in Indiana, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Indianapolis follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We have been coming here for yrs now! 2 dogs and 1 cat. I always request a window for my cat . I trust them to care for my animals and love on them the way I do. My cat and 1 of my dogs take medication which they have no problem administering. I can tell by the way my dogs lookout for certain employees and wait for hugs from them that they feel comfortable here. They also get so excited when we drive up the drive way which makes me feel good about leaving them bc they just wag their tails and howl for excitement! Thank you to all of you for giving our animals a safe and fun stay! I truly appreciate you all.

So I reached out to them to board my dogs so that I would not lose them. I spoke with someone who clearly understood what I was dealing with. She talked to one of the managers on duty and called me back saying that my dogs were good to stay for 22 days. Made a contract and all for me to fill out. I drove an hour away the next day to finish up the paperwork just to be told that they couldn’t help me. And honestly could not give me a reason for them not being able to have my dogs. I honestly feel like it was a racial thing. They claimed they called me but never called me. They didn’t email me or anything. This place really made me feel some type of way. And when I asked for the manager number that so called said no to my dogs being there they claimed to be on vacation.

I love this place! They take such good care of my Boston Terrier, Marley. She enjoys their love and attention so much. The facility is so clean and friendly. Wouldn’t take my girl anywhere else!

On April 1st, 2026, my dog escaped Pet Palace through a gap in the cage and then crawled under the fence through a gap that’s usually covered ,they say. To add insult to injury, one of the staff told me there wasn’t a collar on my dog so he’s out there running around with no identification. On his collar is a tag with a QR code with all his information. No, he’s not microchipped. That’s on me. People tell me I’m not angry enough, but I don’t know how yelling and screaming is going to help me get my dog back. I asked the director at Pet Palace if this had happened before and she said they lost a dog before, but he had been found. It’s been a week now and still my dog is gone. The staff here have put out a feeding station for him should he return. They’ve contacted businesses, churches, and veterinarians in the area and check regularly with the animal shelters. I’m not sure what I should do at this point. We have registered him with lost pets sights and have passed out posters and check the animal shelters, but I just don’t know how else to respond.

It’s a long drive for me, but they’ve always done a good job with my dog Zeus. As you can see from the pics after a recent grooming session - happy and pretty. 🐶 Staff are nice. Nice facility. Big area for the dogs to go potty outside before going in and when leaving. They also have a waste station with disposable bags you can use as well to pickup up after your dog. Which you should! Be responsible. Keep things clean for others. I recommend them.
