I could not be happier with the veterinary clinic more than I am happy with Bond Vet Hoboken The front desk stuff is always helpful, always on the phone, always responding to you right away, always accommodating, always professional I have a very tiny dog and doctors and nurses were so skillful, full of knowledge and professional to accommodate her “little” needs Like providing an Antihistamine injection before her vaccinations to eliminate any risk of allergic reaction, for example Dr Michelle Kwon has a reputation as one of the best veterinary doctors in this country (According to ChatGPT) And she lives up to it She performed a spay surgery on my dog through less than 1 cm incision My darling puppy healed in seven days I had very bad experiences with the front desk staff in Bond Vet jersey city. Seriously, don’t go There, if you don’t want to be traumatized right at the entrance. But Bond Vet Hoboken is definitely Five

My daughter was there today with my grand baby Pebbles :) and they were SO WONDERFUL with them. My daughter so happy and pleased with the service they received. They were so honest and caring. We recommend to everyone, thank you again Bond Vet!

My dog actually enjoys going to see the staff (and treat bar!) at bond vet! Today I had gone to take my one year old Labrador, Frankie. Due to my blood sugar being low I had fainted in the bathroom and the staff had taken great care of me and the situation. Reassuring me that my dog was safe and so was I as they were calling the ambulance. Thank you for being great!

I was accommodated immediately for an appointment I made last minute and seen right away. They followed up w all my providers before I arrived w little time to do so. The office was inviting, nice, clean and all the staff were friendly and there was zero wait time. Dr. Kwon was so professional, transparent and empathetic. She had to have a very difficult conversation about my cats health w me and my husband and had just met me and did it w so much compassion and made me, my husband and cat feel so comfortable and cared for. She didn’t make my cat do any unnecessary procedures or up charge us for anything and was just honest and let us know what the next steps would look like and where we would have to go for further assessment (we already had an appt scheduled at Blue Pearl-which she agreed was the best option for CT scan etc). They just charged us for eye drops knowing there wasn’t much they could do which was very kind of them and they did not have to do. It was a very loving experience in a world that feels so predatory at times and I am thankful to Dr. Kwon and her team for how we were treated on a very difficult day ❤️

Had a great experience with Dr. Kwon at BondVet Hoboken! I brought in my newly adopted dog, Simba, for separation anxiety and reactivity concerns, and Dr. Kwon walked me through the treatment options and answered all my questions. I came in nervous and left feeling so much better. The staff was also super thoughtful and made sure the lobby was clear of other dogs before we left.
