Blain's Farm & Fleet

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service my husband received from Sue in the returns department. My husband went to Farm & Fleet to return a measuring wheel that had stopped working after only one use. He had purchased it just a few days earlier for work. Unfortunately, he no longer had the box or receipt, but in the past Farm & Fleet employees have always been able to locate purchases using the debit card that was used to pay. Instead of trying to help, Sue immediately greeted him with a rude, dismissive attitude. Before even attempting to look up the purchase, she said, “No box, no receipt. Did you even BUY this here?!” in a very snotty, accusatory tone. My husband calmly replied that yes, he absolutely bought it there just a few days before. He explained that he had gone to use it on an estimate and the distance counter stopped working. He even told her that if a refund wasn’t possible, he would be happy with an exchange. Rather than helping, Sue questioned him again: “Are you sure you bought this here?” My husband responded, “Yes. I’ve been shopping here almost four times a week since we moved here six years ago. I know where I bought it.” She then loudly call

Didn't really need to shop for a bunch of items, I don't live in that area, but they had what i wa looking for. Its a hige place and typical of any farm type store, had a pretty good variety of items. Would definitely stop there again if i was in the area.

Ellie was great. Allowed me to drop off my bag and go grab the replacement puppy vest I bought. Very nice and helped me get out quickly. Excellent employee and I love Farm &Fleet! Just a great store with quality items.

I love this store, so this goes out to the vehicle maintenance department. They did tires for my pristine 1991 Ford Bronco. Everything is great with the mount, balance and alignment however what really irritates me is they didn't ask me what my plan was before they bagged and loaded the old tires all willy nilly in my interior, sitting on my center console and rear seats, all over everything I had in the back, like unopened stereos and speakers, tools, etc. My plan was to take the old tires in my EMPTY truck that I returned with to pick up the bronc. Its the little stuff that kills me inside. Not sure if the mechanics will ever get my business again after how my timeless classic was treated.
