I can't say enough good things about the Best Friends Pet Hotel! Jessica, the assistant manager, really stood out to me. The way she cares for the dogs is incredible, and it's obvious that she truly loves what she does. She shared some of her experience working with animal shelters, and I was amazed by her dedication and knowledge. Jessica is hardworking, compassionate, and goes above and beyond to make sure every pet is well cared for. Best Friends Pet Hotel is lucky to have someone like her on their team, and I'm so happy to have found a place with such caring and dedicated staff. I feel completely comfortable leaving my pets in their hands and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care for their furry family members!

The ONLY place I have never had anxiety about leaving my dog for boarding or daycare. They love my boy as much as I do and dote on him constantly! I even get picture updates while he’s there! I love this place and the prices are reasonable too!

I brought my dog to be boarded over Memorial Day weekend and it was great! I love that they offer enrichment, because I am all about lots of enrichment to keep my dog happy. They also are great with giving my girl her meds and were happy to feed her in her Kong wobbler that I do daily at home. My dog also was part of the Memorial Day party and I loved getting her little report card and they sent the most adorable picture I’ve ever seen! Definitely will be bringing her back whenever I need boarding and hopefully for daycare too!

I can’t say enough great things about Best Friends Pet Hotel and especially their assistant manager, Jessica. You can immediately tell how much she truly cares about every single animal that comes through the doors. She goes above and beyond to keep pet parents updated and always makes sure both the pets and owners feel comfortable, safe, and happy. Whenever my dog walks in, you can instantly see who they’re excited to see most — Jessica! That alone says so much about the love and dedication she puts into her work. She’s incredibly kind, sweet, and always has a funny story to share. As someone who owns 6 dogs and 3 cats herself, you can tell animals are truly her passion. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and loyal to both the pets and the people who trust them with their animals. I would follow Jessica anywhere she goes! Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their pets will genuinely be cared for like family.

I’ve seen a lot of pet boarding facilities over the years, but nothing compares to this place — and a huge part of that is Josie, the redheaded manager. Since she joined the team years ago, the entire building has completely transformed. The level of organization, care, and professionalism here is on a totally different level now. You can tell immediately that she genuinely cares about the animals, the staff, and the overall environment. Everything runs smoothly because of her leadership. The facility is cleaner, the routines are better, communication is clearer, and the pets receive incredible attention and care. Honestly, without her, this place simply wouldn’t run the way it does. What really stands out is how much the culture has improved. The staff work well together, the dogs seem genuinely happy and comfortable, and you can tell there’s a strong system in place to make sure every pet gets the attention they deserve. I’ve used other well-known places like PetSmart, Petco, Camp Bow Wow, Pet Palace, and Barkefellers, and this place honestly surpasses them in care, atmosphere, and management. More people absolutely need to discover this place. If you want peace of mind while
