Every month I've taken our dog penni to be groomed by Brianna at the barkinglot so march 9, 2026 i took penni for her monthly maintenance grooming the next day march 10 I called Brianna and said penni is itching immediately she said she don't have fleas that it was allergy n dry skin so on the 27 I looked at penni under carriage to discover in total shock n disappointment that fleas where eating my penni alive, she never had fleas we've had her since birth, i trusted Brianna with my dog thats family i love dearly briana should have said on march 10th to bring penni in that day and contact all customers who dogs were there during that time but didn't and the trust was broken penni wouldn't eat or drink water n didn't want to relieve herself and I decided to take penni to another dog groomer and indeed penni has fleas and was bathed with treatment also after bath treatment and groomer told me penni had a bunch fleas n blood in her wash I was horrified trying to hold back tears, Brianna dont care about the Dogs she just want money and are a struggling business Brianna told me they have to buy their own products and she only gave penni oatmeal bath also I called last month before pe

I just wanted to share that the owner of this place is amazing. I had a little issue and she handled it with so much attention personally and I couldn’t thank her enough. She not only made sure I was happy with the service but treated me with respect and kindness. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to take my goldendoodle only here. What a great owner. You definitely don’t find businesses like this anymore. Thank you barking lot.

I recently took my dog in for grooming and was pretty happy with the overall experience. The staff was friendly and seemed to genuinely care about the pets. My dog came back clean, brushed, and smelling great. The trim looked neat and professional, just what I asked for. The wait time was reasonable, and the facility looked tidy and well-maintained. Prices were fair for the service provided. I’d definitely consider coming back for regular grooming appointments.

I brought my cat here when she had mats down to the skin and nobody else was able to cut her fur, the lady or ladies at Barking Lot did the best job and treated my cat so nicely. Later I brought my dog here because Petsmart was too pricey and they cut my dog even when I warned them she had bumps, Barking Lot did a better job at cutting my dogs hair/ nails, was affordable, and they were nice to my dog, I’m very satisfied :) I trust them with my animals they did everything I asked for, but much better than I pictured.
