They have done an incredible job grooming my little poodle for many years now. Communication and service is excellent. My 16 year old dog always looks and smells great and she comes home happy and calm.

My dog has been here several times the last time he was there 4.5 hours. No one brought him out I had to go in. He wasn’t ready. He was in a room with a closed door by himself. When I got him home he was very lethargic and very sleepy and thirsty. Not himself at all. Never came back to me like this. No one has responded. They trimmed his fanny and private area so close they irritated it to where there was dried blood on both parts and today they are red and swollen. I will not take my dog back theee !!!! And I will spread the word since they can’t respond back. My poor dog was so out of it I’m determined to get a reason.

First time ever taking my dog to a groomer and they couldn’t have given me a better experience. I have a 6.5 year old Pomeranian/Poodle mix who is typically very shy around strangers. He has a pretty easy to maintain coat and doesn’t shed, so I’ve always taken care of his grooming myself, pretty nervous to trust anyone with my dog after a negative experience when I dropped him off to have him neutered. I’ve been wanting to get him trimmed up for the beach and due to this hot weather so I finally did my research and bit the bullet. Brenda was his groomer and she could not have been nicer! She introduced herself before the treatment and got notes from me about what I wanted and told me what I could expect. Very upfront about payment. When they texted me to pick up Stitch, I was shocked at how GOOD she made him look. I never knew he should’ve been groomed his whole life until now, he looks amazing!! I was also shocked that Stitch wasn’t shaking and terrified of Brenda - he doesn’t trust anyone beyond the three people that he knows the best and he gets very scared very easily. He looked perfectly comfortable and safe in her arms and that told me all I needed to know about how

Nicole is the best groomer I have ever worked with professionally in the grooming industry. She has an eye for detail and understands a really good show cut. My dogs looks forward to going there every time! I breed Australian Labradoodles that are breed for service work. My dogs are worth a lot of money, and I 100% trust Nicole with their care.
