I will never take my dog to banfield hospital ever again. His last visit was just horrible, made an appointment.I knew it was gonna be a drop off.But usually with a drop off, they usually see sammy within an hour or two, and they know about sammy's anxiety issue and how bad it is. So I go just all day not hearing anything.Want to know what's going on.Trying to call the hospital to check on the status. No one is answering the phones. So then around noon, I decide to go and check to where I am informed, dr.Doctors have been in surgery all day and have not seen not one animal yet. So I canceled my appointment and ask for them to bring sammy to me. Poor guys was shaking so much once I got him home it took at least 3 days to try to get him calmed down. He's pacing. He is panting, so heavily. He's shaking, he won't eat. My poor baby is so traumatized for being stuck in the cage. All day long and I don't even know what else happened. Sorry to say that Banfield lost my business.

Was going for the very first time to take my dog to get a check up, vaccines, and voice a few concerns over my dog. I was about 5 minutes away but I was running 5 minutes late so I called in to let them know that I was gonna be maybe 5 minutes late. I didnt even make it there and they told me I would have to reschedule. They never gave a call, text, or even an email. They waited till I called them and was almost there just to turn me away and tell me to reschedule. I drove 45 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY TO TAKE MY DOG TO A VET THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE GOOD ONLY TO GET TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. GET TS TOGETHER YALL MY DOG NEEDS HELP AND YALL ARE WORTHLESS

I was very impressed with Kayl with her time explaining about the service would be in very details over phone call, which made me very comfortable for bringing my daughter’s dog “ Gaara “ to Banfield, Clarksville location, Upon arrival to Banfield pet hospital, we met both Kayl and Jess whom very kind and friendly to Gaara. Also Dr. Henderson whom took care of Gaara. She is the best doctor!!! Thank you again for making our visit wonderful one.

I recently moved from Clarksville to Hampton VA. My last visit to this Banfield was horrible! The doctor came in and instead of familiarizing herself with my pet, she immediately began poking and prodding my dog. Of course he’d be reactive. I never went back. I asked them to mail meds to my new local Banfield and/or local Walgreens and they have the nerve to deny the request because it’s been over a year since they’ve seen him. This is why I will be ending my plan and switching hospitals. 🙃

Everyone was so nice! They put us and our cats at ease. I would highly recommend their services to everyone. The membership plan is reasonable and provides us great peace of mind.
