I called yesterday to make an appointment to trim my dog’s nails today. The lady told me to come at 10am so I did but was welcomed to a closed store filled with storage from the neighboring store. I called the number on google and a rude old lady said she doesn’t do any grooming anymore, and that the lady from yesterday didn’t know what she was talking about (it was def the same lady I talked to yesterday) I took time out of my work day to take my dog to the appointment that didn’t really exist at a place that was closed. Come on what a waste of time.

I am so happy that I found Animal Junction! I had just moved to Clovis and didn’t know my way around so I went to the closest dog groomer near me, that was a mistake. I won’t mention the name of the dog groomer, but she traumatized my Chihuahua while trimming her nails. I never went back. But then I discovered Animal Junction and the ladies there are so kind and gentle with my dog. I have found my forever dog groomer! I definitely recommend Animal Junction for all your dog grooming needs!

Hey Everyone, I'm not a person to leave bad reviews. Honestly. I consider myself a pretty laid back person. However, we had quite a bad experience with Betty at Animal Junction Pet Grooming Center. How so? Well my wife had booked an appointment with them to have our standard poodle groomed. My wife told Betty on the phone that our dog had matted hair. She was very clear with Betty on this. My wife and I knew that it would take longer and maybe cost more to have matted hair cut. Betty had us book a grooming on April 8, 2021 and we were to arrive with our standard poodle between 9am and 10am. My wife drove 45 minutes to town and arrived in (not at but in) the store at exactly 9:57am. Betty then proceeded to tell my wife that she couldn't take our poodle and work on him. She said that he was too matted and that she didn't have time to work on him. When my wife persisted, indicating that Betty had known about him being matted, Betty then switched arguments and began telling my wife that she showed up late. My wife then refuted that argument seeing as it was incorrect. Then Betty went back to making my wife feel like she was the one in the wrong and that our poodle was too matted and

We have used other groomers and been happy with them, but the care and quality of this shop is by far the best in Fresno/Clovis area. One of my dogs is a rescue, from a shelter, and was used as a training dog by the shelter so he was very scared of people trying to handle him. Betty and her staff LOVE my dogs and take great care of them. You won't be disappointed with the service you receive.

I have used other groomers for my dogs and we have always had a bad experience. One of my dogs is very timid and scared and has bitten a prior groomer (they reached in her cage and just grabbed her after I warned them she scares easily!). I informed the ladies at Animal Junction Pet Grooming Center of this and they said to go ahead and bring her in. My dog is clean and looks great! She has never been groomed so well before. I know my dog is difficult. But, these ladies are awesome and took their time. I feel like my dogs were in good hands and hopefully the process will get easier for our little pup each time:) Highly recommend and have already sent family here!
