I cannot recommend this place enough! I was looking for a while for a good groomer to care for my English cocker spaniels coat because not many are familiar with it. They were very professional and they truly care about your time, preferences, and your dog. They have you put down half of the cost up front which worried me at first because I’ve never done that before, but it’s because they make REAL appointments for your pup. When they say 10am they mean 10am. That is your time slot. They don’t stick them in a crate and get to them when they can. My Olive was only there for 1.5hr! Because of this too there’s not a ton of dogs in there making a ton of noise and stressing everyone out. They have you fill out a questionnaire beforehand and when you take them in they truly want to know what you want and take the time to do a consultation. Like a real hair appointment! They even have hair length examples. I am very very happy with the cut and their willingness to work with my particularity’s because of Olives high maintenance coat and disasters in the past. 10/10 recommend!

This place is great! Highly recommend. Our groomer, Maci, is very friendly and takes great care of my dogs. They always come home looking lovely and smelling great. The environment is both clean and calm, which I appreciate for my anxious, senior dog. I always feel very comfortable leaving them at such a great place.

From start to finish, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was our doodle's first grooming and Kayleigh did an outstanding job! The spa is clean and so cute. They even have cute pet accessories available. Great pricing too! Highly recommend!

I have been a happy customer of Fairy Tails Pet Spa for about 6 months now. My dog Po sees Mikinah and she has been an absolute blessing and joy to work with! She always listens to any skin/coat concerns I have with my dog, which really goes to show how much they care about their clients. I love that they text me updates, photos and videos if she spots any concerns during my dog’s grooming. I also appreciate the in person update on how my dog did, any quirky behaviors, or funny stories. My dog is 11 and for 10 years I did all his grooming myself. I’m so happy to have finally found a facility and groomer who he feels comfortable with! He also does not like other dogs, but they always accommodate him and treat him with a lot of care. No breed discrimination here at all 💜 I highly recommend this location, Mikinah (though sadly she is moving next month) and the other groomers here. The establishment is super clean, smells amazing every time I walk in and always has a fun photo op area. I’ve tried a few other groomers, but Fairy Tails Pet Spa blows many of them out of the water. You can tell they take great care of their facility and the dogs/customers. Thank you Mikinah and Fairy tails
