About All About Pets

All About Pets is a full service veterinary hospital that sees CATS and DOGS. Our hospital is AAHA-accredited. Only a small percentage of pet hospitals go through this voluntary inspection of procedures and services. We pride ourselves in providing complete care for your pet. We are not taking emergencies at this time.

Located at 2255 N Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT 84604, All About Pets operates as a pet groomer serving Provo in Utah. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Google also lists it under pet boarding service, animal hospital, veterinarian, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

Provo is in Utah, in the Mountain West, where the high elevation brings cold snowy winters, warm dry summers and big day-to-night temperature swings; ski and summer tourist seasons shape opening hours in resort towns. Getting around Provo is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Utah's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Dr. Rimmasch takes very good care of our animals. He is quick to return phone calls and refill prescriptions. He takes the time to listen, and answer our questions.

Very disappointed with this vet office. My dog has been seen here before for seizures, during which the vet performed an exam and ran tests, so he is not a new patient. That visit itself was frustrating because the vet was rude and dismissive, insisting his seizures were caused by his raw diet, even though it was a healthy, carefully managed diet and all test results came back normal. I left feeling blamed rather than helped. Most recently, I called because my dog was showing possible Giardia symptoms and I urgently needed to drop off a stool sample before leaving the country in a couple of days. I was initially told this would be allowed, but once they realized he had only been in for one previous visit, they changed their answer and refused. I explained the time-sensitive situation and that I was trying to make sure my dog was okay before I left, but there was no empathy, understanding, or effort to help. What made this even more frustrating is that another vet office, which had never seen my dog before, had no issue letting me drop off a stool sample for testing. That contrast made it very clear which office was more focused on helping the animal. While this office is reasona

I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE. I went to this vet initially because I was told they had a “kitten package”, which I had done for my other cat elsewhere, which seemed to be a great budget option for my cat. The upfront cost of this was $400 but included all his vaccines, operation, and some of the associated procedure costs, as well as a 20% discount for a microchip. Great, right? I got his initial vaccines which went fine, and then was told he was on a waitlist to schedule his neuter. I thought this was kind of weird, but whatever. A few months later, when he was 6 months old (about when I had gotten all my other cats fixed) I had heard NOTHING, so I called them to see where he was on the waitlist. I was told that he would be “at least a few more weeks”. I was confused because this would put him well past the ideal window (4 to 6 months), especially because male cats are at higher risk for spraying and other behavioral problems. I called back the next week and was told the same thing. I expressed my concerns, which were promptly brushed off. I had to ask over and over again during that single conversation just to get any other answer than “we’ll call you”. I emphasized that I needed

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I brought my cat in for a routine nail trim—something he’s had done before at your facility without issue. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different and very concerning. The technician who handled his nail trim did not follow proper handling techniques. I specifically mentioned that he, like most cats, should be gently wrapped in a towel during the process to keep him calm and secure. He was screaming, bloody murder. I’ve never heard a cat scream so bad as if he had been ran over or a broken bone. My cat screamed twice, and it took a lot longer than usual, just for them to return him with only his back legs cut, and not his front legs cut if they had properly with another assistant wrapped him up in a towel like I asked for them to do he would not have flipped over and peed himself like the tech said he did. This level of distress strongly suggests improper handling. Additionally, the receptionist told me she would bring back whoever else was in the room to better explain. However, no one else ever came forward, which raises serious concerns about what actually took place during the appointment. This entire

This place is the ONLY place I will ever take my pets. I inherited a dog with my marriage and she became my best friend from day one. Never knew I could love an animal as much as I loved my little “puma”. She was a little maltipom. I cannot begin to tell you how good all about pets treated our little puma. The grooming was always fantastic and Dr Rimash helped that little pup stay alive for years past what she was expected (6 more to be exact) just so happens that 6 was when she was in my life. She passed away recently. We took her in to all about pets and the Dr to say our goodbye. It was unbearably hard but they even shined during that hard time. I would trust them with any of my pets needs in the future.
