This is a tough time for us and our beloved dog, as we are waiting on our house to close, so Kenai has to live away from us for now. It makes it easier when we know the people are there that know animals, and care about him. The place is clean, and animals are taken care of as they should be. Thankful

I board my dog here regularly and he’s always healthy and happy when I pick him up! They take pride in what they do and it shows in their customer service, the cleanliness and quality of their facility

We recently boarded our dog here for 16 days. Overall, the facility was clean and the pickup process was smooth, but I do want to share something that caught us off guard. When we picked up our dog, we were told she had been kept isolated the entire stay due to her being a pit bull mix. This was surprising and honestly a bit disheartening for us. We take great pride in socializing and training our dog, and she is extremely friendly, well-socialized, and very submissive. She does great at the dog park and in group play settings. I also shared with staff at drop-off how sweet and gentle she is. In fact, we previously boarded our other pit bull here (who has since passed), and he was allowed to participate in group play without issue. We completely understand that kennels must prioritize safety and may make decisions they feel are best to prevent conflicts. However, we wish we had been informed ahead of time that she would not be allowed group interaction based solely on breed rather than being evaluated individually. Clear communication about breed-related policies before booking would have allowed us to make a more informed choice for her needs. Over two weeks of isolation was diffi

I loved this place! They took great care of my dog and went above and beyond to compensate for any special requests I had. I will definitely be back to board Bucky when I have to leave Alaska. So thankful I found a place I trust!!

So happy to have a dog loving place to board my beagles. They can be a handful and I know they had patient attentive care. They were being naughty and pee peeing on their blanket and I greatly appreciate the staff paying enough attention to notice and pull that from their space and just leave their bed. And the blanket was laundered- awesome!!
