Coming to do laundry when Felicia is in charge, is a very pleasant experience. She has a beautiful soul very sweet person. She helps with everything and answers laundry questions for all of us customers with a positive attitude. She keeps the laundry and machines very clean. She works very hard and makes the laundry feel like home. Thank you so much Felicia

I always go here never much of a problem, but today one of the machines to pay was not taking card so i went to pay with the other machine that has no card reader at all just cash option least put a sign up on the door that says cash only. I had my close in the washer already, some of the washers are either broken or don't work right, dryers always smell as well. This place has gotten worse

Everything in this place is out of order. Washers, dryers, restroom, floor, people. All out of order. Thankfully I only come once every other month to wash my big sheets. But my goodness can we get some repairs done. Prime area but always out of order.

A to Z Laundromat is one of the best in Waterbury. They accommodated my mother and I. Very blessed to have them as our neighbor and the management and the employees are very kind and supportive. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a good laundromat this is the place to go!

The attendant at this location jasmine, was very sweet, very attentive and helpful. The place was super clean and welcoming considering the neighborhood is not the greatest. I was comfortable washing my laundry with the welcoming energy jasmine gave me! Would definitely come back and wash my clothes again while she’s there.
