A to Z Cleaning Laundromat | Hartford

The Spanish lady in this laundromat was mean to my mom for no reason, she yelled at my mom to close the door but she was holding the door for my Dad, She even took my dad's bag off the trolley that my Dad was using and took the cart away while saying "you can't use the carts" so my mom cussed her out like she always does and she acted like the victim right after, did something like this happen to any of yall who also go here? Let me know.

Been coming here since the new management and it’s been such a nice change. Clean. Jasmine always goes above and beyond helping me every time I come in. I feel like my clothes are safe and I’m able to leave when I gotta step out while my clothes finish washing up.

Your worker Jasmine is always a very helpful employee, she answered everything I had asked with a politeful response. I think more people need to be like her more often! I’ve noticed the store is so clean now when she’s working, makes it feel safe to be there! She’s a great employee and I’ve always noticed she’s always going above and beyond even with the outside duties ! You’ve hired an exceptional employee great work!

if I could put zero stars, I would’ve. Most of the dryers were out of service . my clothes were stolen. littered with dryer sheets and over piled trash. rude female attendant . no help. very unprofessional.! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! WOULD NOT COME BACK!
