I brought my 6 month old Pomeranian puppy here a little after 4pm, hoping to find a long-term grooming home where I could continue taking him as he grows. Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. I was quoted a base price of $120, with the first 30 minutes of dematting included and any additional dematting billed at $1 per minute. I understood there could be additional charges if my puppy required extra work. However, what I did not expect was for the cost to continue increasing without any communication. Around 8:40pm, I checked in and was told they had just started drying him. Based on that update, I told them to take their time because I believed the appointment was nearing completion. I was never contacted to let me know the bill was approaching several hundred dollars or to ask whether I wanted them to continue. Instead, my puppy remained at the salon until approximately 11:15pm, nearly seven hours after drop-off. After waiting all evening, I was the one who finally texted to let them know I was coming to pick him up because the appointment had gone on far longer than expected. Love this place!! They are so thoughtful and really do care for all their pups! My girl Lu is always in great hands when I drop her off for her monthly grooming! I get the full grooming package and I can honestly say that they take care of her like she’s their own and I can’t say thank you enough!

I was nervous about getting my Giant Schnauzer puppy her first grooming. I knew she would be scared. I did a lot of research and A Pups Dream Dog Grooming kept coming up with such great reviews. I decided to give them a try. I couldn’t be more pleased! They were so loving, gentle, and patient with Piper. They gave her the time and attention she needed to provide a good experience for Piper and give her a great looking schnauzer haircut too:) They even called me halfway through with an update on how she was doing. They truly care about your pet and love what they do:)

This was our first time. . They really took their time with our doggy baby. . He had some matting which they were able to detangle and they didn’t cut his face too low making him look skinny, unrecognizable & sad ….like one of the big chain pet stores have done. . He was happy & playful when he came home too which is always a good sign. . Glad I found them!

Took my 10 month old Goldendoodle for her first grooming. I looked at a lot of places before choosing A Pups Dream. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Both groomers are nice ladies and you can tell that they love the dogs treat come through their door. I loved how they left my fur ball. She even thinks she's more sophisticated. (Look at the pics) 🤣🤣🤣
