I’m extremely disappointed in how this business lacks integrity , accountability & true compassion. After referring 2 first-time customers who are family & witnessing the unprofessionalism of words being exchanged - the owner’s daughter (who is one of the employees) was more than provoking by not knowing her true knowledge of the business itself for general questions which led us more perplexed over the phone & in person. Instead of helping new customers feel less confused & appropriately approaching our frustration w/ patience in order to move forward , the owner’s daughter continued to gossip about us which the owner did not stop only to escalate the confusion she created over the phone & more in person once the 2 new customers arrived. The owner never truly apologized in behalf of her daughter’s poor professionalism & poor character in business while she stated she was in the hospital. The owner showed no sympathy that my two new referrals also just returned from the hospital & we were in a time crunch for her to take her medication as new her doctor advised which is why we were very concerned when we weren’t called when given the time to pick up our dogs. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared for transparency. We brought our dogs in for an 11:00 a.m. grooming appointment. We had confirmed the appointment for 11:00–11:30 a.m. for a full grooming service for two dogs. Upon arrival, we were initially given a price estimate, which increased once we arrived. We understood the adjustment due to one dog being heavily matted and the other having a thicker coat and we still chose to proceed after discussing pricing for both dogs. We were told we would receive a call around 3:00–4:00 p.m. when the dogs were ready. We did not receive any updates during that time. From a customer standpoint, even if there is a delay, I believe customers should still receive a courtesy call with an updated status or time estimate. At around 5:15 p.m., I called to check on the dogs and was told they were still not ready and that we could pick them up as they were. We went ahead and waited in the parking lot for a call, but I had to call again at 5:58 p.m. for an update, and only then was it confirmed the dogs were ready. Once you get past the hole in the wall feeling, you'll come to see that this is a great groomer, especially for smaller dogs. When you walk in there's no weird funky smell, it smells fresh and clean, you would never know there's a bunch of wet dogs inside😅. They are very nice and accommodating with pickup times only downfall for some people is that they only take cash and check. Definitely give them a try!

Great service, i was looking for a close shop since bad experiences with pet salons at the pet stores. The owner is great just love her and her staff. They do a great job🥰 She is just like bringing your fur baby to your favorite Aunt and get them back all clean and groomed.
