Zootown Laundry

I have been a loyal customer of Zootown Laundry for months, typically spending $30–$40 per visit. As a Missoula resident of over 40 years and a former business owner, I understand the importance of good customer service. Unfortunately, this place provided an experience that was anything but. On July 28, 2026, my wife and I were washing large rugs in four machines. One washer accepted our $6.75 but faulted because the door apparently wasn't fully latched. The attendant had to reset the machine, but instead of honoring the original payment, my wife was told to pay another $6.75 to restart the machine. I politely requested a refund for the original payment, the attendant immediately blamed us, was dismissive and rude, and refused to refund the full amount. She offered only half. When I asked if this was the laundromat's policy, she told me there was no policy and that attendants use their own discretion. This isn't about $6.75—it's about customer service and accountability. Nice place. Prices are decent. My only complaint is the parking it's not designed for modern cars. The truck l drove BARELY fit. Had to wait for the car next to be to leave till l could park more normally.

This place is awesome. The machines are great and they have done upgrades. The staff is friendly, and personable. If you need a laundry mat I would suggest to go. It can be busy depending but to me the equipment and staff out weigh the potential wait. Give them a shot .

Went there for the first time over the weekend. Nice range of sizes on the machines, super clean, friendly staff, and fair prices. There’s an atm and quarter machine on site. The laundromat itself is located on the inner northwest side of the plaza, as we were a little confused at first. We definitely will be back!

The best laundry place I’ve used so far, LaDona who works here is very nice and helpful, plus they are dog friendly as long as you have a well mannered dog. I’m on a 5 week road trip and it was a great place to stop and get everything washed and ready for the road. The parking lot was also large enough for my Toyota Tundra with a small pop up camper.
