Beth always does a fantastic job grooming my puppy. She is incredibly talented and takes such great care of my dog. Every visit to Zoom Groom results in a happy pup and a great-looking cut. Highly recommended!

EDIT- Zoom Groom kindly reached out and offered a refund for the service and her condition. Animal safety comes first and I understand why they stopped where they did on her matting, but again there was no excuse for shaving parts of her that were not affected (her entire back). Again, she’s a senior cat and now has to deal with not regulating her temperature properly. One of the only groomers to accept cats. I have a senior cat whose stomach and underarms were getting matted beyond my ability to comb out. The vet would only groom her if they put her under anesthesia, I decided on Zoom Groom based on reviews from my friends. She gets occasional baths at home and is used to being combed, a non-spicy cat. I was told that they would bathe my cat, attempt to detangle knots and matts, but that there was a good chance she would need to be shaved. I said yes, they were welcome to shave under her belly and wherever the knots were. The groomer comes out, apologizes for my cat looking “crazy” and says that she recommends going to the vet to get the knots out. When I got a good look at her at home, NO knots and matts had been shaved or trimmed and her entire back (with no knots) was shaved

Appointment was made over the phone. Easy access to get into establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dropped my baby off and they were finished in under 3 hours. When I arrived my sweet fur baby was so pretty with a fresh new trim and clean!! She smelled so good! The cost of services were very reasonable!

I’m beyond impressed! This is honestly one of the absolute best experiences I’ve had with a business!! The staff was so sweet and warm and patient with my fur babe (cause it was her first time and mine ever going to a groomer!) And my pup looks so good! She’s so fluffy, and white! Thank you all for a wonderful experience! We will definitely be returning customers!💕💕💕
