I was impressed with the improvement of my carpet. The price was reasonable. The young man doing the work was friendly and informative.

My technician Thallia was awesome, she should have been overwhelmed by the size of the job she had to do by herself, but took it all in stride with a smile and a hardworking happy demeanor!

This was our first time getting carpets professionally cleaned, and our entire experience was great! The office gal who helped us set up the appointment was very friendly and took great notes, the price didn't differ from what we were quoted either! Matt was was great with communication both on his way to our home and while explaining the whole cleaning process. He was quick and efficient in cleaning the areas, and after seeing just HOW dirty 6 kids can make a home, we added an area rug to our scope of work. Thank you so much, we'll be customers for life, as well as refer you to customers and friends of both mine and my husband's!
