My hair is something very very precious to me. I have it grown past my waist almost to my hips. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Dothan but here. They do such a thorough massage that you're really getting lymphatic massage, along with scrubs and hydrating masks for your face and arms and hands beside your head. I got the 75 minute headspa treatment. She did aroma therapy and gua sha type massage. It felt amazing. Good water temperature for keeping hair growth. I brought my own shampoo and conditioner because I'm particular and she was very accommodating. Linh was a pro. I felt like she was very experienced. This is such a worthwhile treat to do for self-care. I feel 5 years younger. Update: I went a second time and would go back again. I recommend using scalp serums as after-care because you're scrubbing off layers of build-up so definitely moisturize extra after. My boyfriend came with me and did a head spa as well. He's done a head spa in Boca Raton before and really enjoyed this one, saying the tech seemed very knowledgable in her massage technique.

It was my first time going here and I got the luxury at spa and I had the most relaxing out of the body experience. She took her time and gave me tips on how to take care of my scalp. I will definitely go there every other week!

The atmosphere when we got there was very calm and they only had 1 other client. The ambiance is great with their soft music and very modern. I’ve been to plenty of head spas, and this is probably the one I disliked the most. The facial massage was great but the actual head and neck massage as well as the head spa was very mid. It felt like they were massaging quick to just move to the next step. 90% of the time the water was cold. The head rubbing wasn’t as through as other places I’ve been. I also took my daughter and she said her tech kept getting up to leave. The worse thing is that I wasn’t able to fully relax. I understand the techs need to communicate with each other, but it gave me nail salon vibes where they just talk the entire session and didn’t let you relax and soak it in. The tech literally had to tell me to close my eyes many times because she could tell I was not enjoying it. Considering it is the only place in Dothan offering this service, I would be willing to give it another chance in the future if the reviews seem more optimistic and less about them talking. The prices are fair for the service, but they definitely need to work on their professionalism and clie

This experience was like a relaxation mushroom trip. I felt so at ease, and calm walking in and out. It was stress relieving, and I felt completely pampered. They really go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and have a great experience. I will absolutely be returning! ♥️

Zen Headspa was PHENOMENAL. The soothing music, along with the sound of water flowing, created a tranquil atmosphere. My technician was very detail-oriented. She kept me covered, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her massaging technique was so therapeutic, I wished the experience would last forever. She took her time, used approximate/different strengths for facial, body, and head. The experience felt relaxing, calming, and definitely not rushed. At the end of the treament, my technician blow dried my hair with a Dyson (it made my hair feel so soft and dried fast), and even offered high-end facial suncreen. Wow! My luxury package included: _scalp massage _accupressure meridian release on scalp & face _steaming eye & face mask _hair steaming _hands and arms massage (***My hands and feet were gently wrapped with herbal hot stones heating pads the ENTIRE time. It was a really nice touch.) ***I HIGHLY recommend Zen Headspa! It was a very nice, and well worth spa treatment. I’d recommend you go all out, and pick the Luxury package. You will not be disappointed. Thank you, Zen Headspa, for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back.
