Yuppy Puppy Pet Spa

Marcel determines the rating we give. He has been groomed at Yuppy Puppy for his 5 years and is always excited when we tell him it is grooming day. Marcel’s happiness is just as important as his grooming…and Nikki does a stellar job. We are grateful for the peace of mind we get knowing that he is happy.

Had 50-50 on recommendations. When we toured the facility, staff was friendly, professional and boarding area looked clean and adequate for our dogs needs for 5 days. We dropped him off Friday morning, gave Dawn his bag of food and treats. Told her the added things we wanted and any important information about our dog. We picked him up Wednesday morning. Everything seemed ok. When we got in our car, the smell of urine was overwhelming. His tail felt sticky. When he tried to bark or whine at us, it was so hoarse, it made me angry. During the stay, I went on website and asked for updates and pictures. All was fine.

Jessica took this senior Schnauzer foster and completely transformed her into a true beauty! Miss Annie had been neglected for a while as her Momma was sick! Jessica was patient and loving with her! Annie was bathed and groomed and she enjoyed every minute! I would highly recommend Yuppy Puppy Pet Spa for all your precious pups! They treat them like family and will care for them as you would!

I rarely leave reviews, but I’m very disappointed. This facility does not care about how your dog may feel, at all. On 6/27 I unfortunately had to find a safe place for my puppy Rayne because my children and I were displaced due to domestic violence. I tried to keep my hotel to keep us all together, but after 3 weeks I realized I would never be able to save enough money to find a new safe house for my children, and if so it would take me months. I took him to Yuppy Puppy because for 3 days I tried to find a place that would hold him for me while my children and I were in a dv shelter, but the local animal shelters were overwhelmed with animals because of the recent tornado and apparently an overflow of rescues because a nearby shelter lost power. What provoked me to write this 1 star review is not even a month later, my children and I have finally found safe housing and are getting ready to move. I reached out to Yuppy Puppy on 7/7, a week and a half after dropping him off, to inquire about reuniting us. I told them we are moving into our new apartment the first week of August, keep in mind my puppy had only been in their facility for a week and by the time we move in it would hav

We adopted miss Skye July of 2020 from the humane society at 13 weeks old. I researched, called, and vetted out several boarding and play camp facilities before I settled on Yuppy Puppy. Yes, the price was higher but I wanted the best for Skye. She LOVES Yuppy puppy so much. She knows when we are on the way that she can’t wait to see her friends and staff. It’s her home away from home. We have her on a monthly bath schedule and she frequents their play camp a few times a month. Not to mention we have boarded her several times and we never worry. Skye got to celebrate her birthday with her friends and the staff made her day special! Not to mention, Skye did the training program in which she is a changed pup. Yuppy puppy has taken such great care of her and we can’t thank them enough. Everyone knows her when she comes in and is always giving her a warm welcome. I highly recommend Yuppy Puppy. I love that they rescue shelter dogs, vet check them, put them through training and keep them comfy until a family comes to their rescue. Their initiative is amazing and if you are looking for a new family member, try Yuppy Puppy first!
