In Cincinnati, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Jessie, Gillian, Ellie and the rest of the Wuf staff are awesome! I’ve been taking my pack there for a few years for toenail trims, and one for occasional baths. They accommodate their varied personalities, do a great job on their nails, and were so kind when one of our dogs, Ramona, passed away last year. I recommend them all the time.

DO NOT USE THIS SPA!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS SPA ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY. FIND SOMEONE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOU AND YOUR PET. I asked to speak to a manager, none on duty. Apparently , you are not aware that it was my dog he was bringing in , not his. It was a new , first time appointment . That he had already sent the veterinary information in. He let you know that he had a work emergency and I would be coming from an hour and a half away to make this appointment. I encountered road construction that caused a delay . I had my grandchildren on a spring break outing that we left to make this appointment . The appointment was at 12 noon. I called at 11:55am to let you all know I was getting close. I was informed by your staff that the groomer was gone. My son was told that I had until 12:15pm. to make this appointment. He didn't think I would get there until 12:30. You. made no adjustments, after him being a loyal customer . Our appointment window was 12-3pm. A place with good customer service would have done some type of service in that window, even if you charged for the full service. A wash , nail trim maybe. Instead you chose to put him down as a no sh

I have been bringing my pup to Wuf for over two years for grooming - bath and nail trims. The service has been consistently outstanding and the groomers treat the dogs as if they were the owners. My pup gets excited as we walk up to the door, and he is calm through the process. He leaves clean, smelling good and relaxed. I drive over 30 minutes for the appointments and will continue to make the time investment for the quality service.

We have followed Gillian since the very beginning of her grooming career, so choosing Wuf Spa was an easy decision for us. She takes care of our entire Chaos Crew, and I do mean chaos, from small to large, and somehow manages to keep them all looking amazing. What really sets Wuf Spa apart is the one on one attention. They do not double book, so your dog is not rushed through or sitting around all day. Every time I have been there, Gillian is right there with the dogs, calmly working her magic. One of ours, Cheerio, can be a little reactive and has had some allergy issues, and Gillian handles him like an absolute pro. He definitely keeps her on her toes, but she never misses a beat. Wuf Spa has created such a calm, thoughtful environment, and pairing that with someone like Gillian is what makes it so special. You get the best of both, a great business and a groomer you can truly trust. If you are looking for a place that treats your pets like their own, Wuf Spa is it. And if you are lucky enough to get Gillian, even better.

I love this place! I’ve tried 3 different groomers but I keep coming back to Wuf because no can groom my guy better than Wuf. They truly take their time with your pet and I know they care about each and every pup they groom. I have a 65lb Chow + Great Pyrenees mix and he has a LOT of fur so grooming him is no small job. I always go with whichever groomer is available at booking and they have all done great!! Can’t wait for their new location in Ft Thomas - this will be so convenient for drop off and pick up.
