My car comes out so clean Everytime. The staff is super friendly and Adrienne goes the extra mile by approaching everyone at the vacuums to see we are satisfied with our wash. Best car wash ever

I was a member for two years. As of recently I went through the carwash and my gas cover came off during the wash. I asked them to look for it. Gave them my contact info. I had to follow up the next day after no call, they said they would check the pits. Following day got a call and said one they check the pits (they hadn't like they said) they would call me two days later. Two days later got a call and said they hadn't got a chance to clean the pits and they would call the next day. The next day they called and said they hadn't located it after checking. Something just doesn't magically disappear in a car wash. So they either didn't clean the pits daily like they claim or are just to lazy to look. I ended up putting in a claim. Just got a call back and they said they couldn't do anything about the claim because my car is a 2010 ( to old). No reimbursement nothing so now I have to come out of my own pocket for their equipment damaging my car. I will be cancelling my membership. And highly suggest customers to read the fine print on the contract (i.e. disclaimer) Your name says it all Wooooow.

I really liked this carwash at first, but it started taking off the paint from my car, now I have a brand new car so I canceled my membership. No thanks I’ll keep the paint on my new car.

Wow!! I am super impressed by this location! I received exceptional customer service from Issac S. He was professional , personable and knowledgeable as he explained the different levels of membership. He made sign up simple and on top of that, I got a complimentary wash!! Pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and free? What more could a woman ask for? This location provided me with exceptional customer service. The site is clean and everything seems to be in working order. They even have free wifi. They are above average and even though they are not the closest to my home, they are my new go to for a car wash!
