WooWoo Dog and Cat Grooming

Leo was absolutely amazing! The second I walked in, I was greeted with the kindest smile and instantly felt comfortable leaving my puppy there. When I picked him up, he looked so happy tail wagging and looking absolutely adorable. Easily his best haircut yet! We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend Leo to any dog owner looking for a great groomer :) thank you again!

Woowoo always does a good job grooming. These are all from separate hair cuts. The prices have increased over the last 2yrs but I expected it and they were fully Transparent. My dog always comes out wagging and smiling which tells me they are very caring for their clients animals. My only critique is they don’t take instructions as well as I would like and they have rushed a couple haircuts in the past but it’s never to the point where I’m dissatisfied or complained. Well worth bringing your fur baby here!

I had a great experience the first time I used them in 2024 and was really pleased with how they groomed my cat, but my last experience with them one week ago was a disaster. To be clear, everyone was extremely professional and friendly but the quality of the work was awful. I was scheduled for a Friday afternoon. After 2.5 hours I received a call that the groomer on duty couldn't complete the work because she wasn't skilled with cats. Annoying but fine. They told me to come back on Monday. I arrive on Monday and the owner asks if I could come back on Tuesday because he's busy. The audacity! I shouldn't have to come to the shop three times to fix a botched job they're responsible for! I was heated and told him I wasn't coming back. He finished the job but my cat looks goofy AND they scratched her (there's a visible scar). I asked for a lion cut but he left a lot of hair around her neck so it doesn't look like she has a mane. They also left a lot of knots in her remaining fur which is why I came to them in the first place. To be fair, they did request I do a visual inspection before leaving but my cat was distressed, I was annoyed and just ready to go. I'm more annoyed that they did

I have used Woo Woo grooming twice now and am so happy they are in my neighborhood! They do a great job handling my nervous Morkie and making sure he has a beautiful cut. The last time I came here Winston’s cut grew out beautifully. Also they have other ads on services. They have affordable prices which is rare these days. Winston will be returning!

So thrilled to have WooWoo newly in the neighborhood! Usually wash and shave my dog myself but do such a poor job, so felt pretty embarrassed bringing my dog to the groomers all matted and in need of a shave. WooWoo took him day of and gave him the best grooming I’ve ever seen. They are so welcoming, patient and non-judge mental and the wash, groom and nail trimming was super affordable. See the before and after photos - he looks like a proper gentleman!🥰 Will definitely be coming back!
