The atmosphere was welcoming. I spoke with the personel and she was a delight. She understood my concern about my Havaneese 1yr old. He's a shredder. She gave me advice on toys to purchase and told let me know he was still in his teething phase. I really enjoyed my impromptu stop.

Whyyyy isn’t this place the #1 on Google search 😭♥️ look at how CUTE my baby is!!! Her fir coat is silk soft and shiny, smells amazing, and came back with a cute little bandanaaaa! I mean I’m just obsessed with her cute little happy face! She knows she looks good too🥰♥️ Front desk lady was super nice, she worked with me, answered all of my questions and concerns. She handled extremely well my little nervous pup. It’s really important for me that my baby feels comfortable when she gets groomed. Her little happy face says it all. She can sometimes be a handful yet they treated her so well and did everything I asked of them. Although she would give them some issues, they handled it amazingly! The communication between the staff and I was on point; helping me stay calm. Of course, certain things weren’t included like cutting hair in her paw pads, brushing teeth, cutting around eyes; those are extra add ons. But tbh I personally thought that was fine since I can choose ONLY what I was comfortable with. 10/10, HIGHLY recommend, will definitely bring back my baby girly. OH and it’s a really cute shop too. Loved 🥰

We brought Finley for a groom and day of play and he had the best time! They groomed him exactly as we liked and gave enrichment play. He was pooped the rest of the day. We can’t wait to be back!

Charli has been coming to Woof! since she was just a puppy, and now she’s officially 6 years old, so that says everything about how much we trust and love it there. It’s truly her favorite place to be! Anytime we’re headed that way, she somehow knows exactly where we’re going, and the second we pass Par, she goes crazy with excitement. It’s the best feeling knowing she’s going to her happy place! Charli visits Woof! regularly for daycare, boarding, and grooming, and always comes home happy, fresh, and extra soft.. and with the cutest little bandanas ☺️ We never have to worry when she’s there, we know she’s very loved and in great hands! Thank you for taking the best care of our girl! 🐾💛
